Data Scientist - Senior

Join Encora as a Machine Learning Engineer and lead the development of innovative AI-driven solutions for offensive security. You will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to address critical cybersecurity challenges. This hands-on role requires expertise in machine learning engineering, data pipelines, and strong communication skills. You will translate complex business needs into technical solutions and present findings to diverse audiences. The position is full-time and remote, based in Brazil.

Requirements

• Have experience in machine learning engineering, with a strong foundation in statistics, mathematics, or a related field
• Have experience in designing and implementing machine learning models and data pipelines in production environments
• Possess excellent problem-solving skills
• Possess strong communication skills
• Be proficient in Python and have a strong understanding of AI and machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g., Tensorflow, PyTorch)
• Have strong knowledge of data management systems, both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB)
