Summary

The job is for a Data Steward in Airbase's Revenue Operations team, who will collect, review, enrich, and maintain the customer and prospect database to support marketing and sales campaigns. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, advanced knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools like Salesforce, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong sense of ownership around data being managed accurately
• Advanced knowledge and working experience in Excel, Google Sheets, and other data manipulation tools
• Proficient working knowledge of CRM tools, specifically Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Collect data from various sources such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn, job and company websites, and various other third-party sources
• Review the data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Enrich the existing B2B database by adding missing information, standardizing data formats, and removing duplicates
• Ensure the quality and integrity of the data by performing regular audits and validations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Hubspot
• Experience with SQL or Snowflake
• Experience with other modern prospecting tools like Clay, Apollo, Airtable, Clearbit, etc
