Requirements

  • You bring 6-10 years of experience in data-focused roles, with a preference for those with client-facing or consulting backgrounds
  • A fervent follower of the latest in data, technology, and digital innovations
  • Proficient with major marketing and analytics platforms such as Adobe Marketing Cloud, Google Marketing Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tealium, Segment, Braze, and Dynamic Yield
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and storytelling abilities, capable of steering conversations and shaping opinions
  • Experienced in working with cloud-native, multi-cloud, and hybrid data environments
  • Well-versed in popular cloud services and methodologies
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is a plus
  • Above all, you're a genuinely nice individual who values teamwork and collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across Strategy, Product, Project Management, UI/UX, & Technology teams to pinpoint data requirements and sculpt the analytics framework for our projects
  • Become the go-to expert in data, analytics, machine learning, A/B testing, personalization, and Marketing Technology (including CDPs, Marketing Automation, CRO platforms, etc.)
  • Design KPI and OKR frameworks to translate business needs into a coherent measurement strategy
  • Conduct thorough audits of clients' data & analytics capabilities, benchmarking against their Data Maturity
  • Lead and participate in interviews, brainstorming sessions, and workshops, offering valuable insights on data-centric topics and projects
  • Forge a clear, actionable data and analytics roadmap to guide our clients forward
  • Stay at the forefront of data practices and trends, influencing the evolution of our Data & Analytics Discipline
  • Champion the integration and appreciation of data & analytics across our clients' organizations, enhancing their overall strategy
