Requirements

• Deep, enterprise-level knowledge of core banking systems and their role
• Solid understanding of bank liabilities business, including interest calculations for current & savings accounts, deposit products and related lifecycles
• Strong working local and industry knowledge including markets, growth areas, trends, competitive landscape, and potential prospects
• Extensive experience in the product management discipline - e.g. as product owner / leader
• Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
• Exposure to areas such as data protection, high availability, regulatory landscape

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the banking product strategy for Pismo
• Identify market opportunities and product requirements
• Ensure localisation of banking solutions across current and future markets
• Formulate product roadmaps and manage the lifecycle
• Ensure alignment of product strategy with compliance with regulatory requirements
• Incorporate customer feedback and market feedback to identify customer pain points, gather insights, and implement product enhancements
• Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, and technologies related to banking
• Provide banking leadership and strategic guidance internally & externally
• Provide regular updates on product performance, market trends, and product strategy
• Define and track KPIs and product metrics
