Summary
Join 3Cloud as a Data Strategy and Governance Architect and contribute to a team that values collaboration and innovation. This role requires strong client-facing and consulting skills, expertise in Data Governance frameworks, and profound knowledge of Profisee Master Data Management implementation. You will lead projects, develop solutions, and mentor team members. Requirements
- Excellent business acumen; strong communication skills to non-technical business leaders, ability to lead business-oriented discussions and problem solving
- Experience leading data-related projects and serving as the client’s “point-person” for the consulting firm
- Experience leading discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, progress meetings, and project readouts (including executive-level readouts)
- Demonstrated ability to develop “trusted advisor” level relationships with key client stakeholders (business and technical)
- Strong presentation, written and verbal communication, and facilitation skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a project team
- Eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate Data Governance initiatives into identifiable business value
- Proven experience in implementing Data Governance programs to include CoE’s, role definition, policy development, and overall process review and creation
- Experience leading the stand-up and overall Data Governance program for medium-to-large organizations
- Familiarity with the applications of Organizational Change Management within the context of a Data Governance program
- Familiarity with common data privacy regulations and compliance matters
- Deep expertise implementing Profisee MDM in a complex environment including data governance, data quality, and inbound/outbound data integrations
- Experience managing the entire MDM implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering to post-implementation support
- Ability to work independently or with a collaborative team
Responsibilities
- Actively develop trusted advisor client relationships at all levels
- Leverage advanced facilitation skills to lead sessions with senior executives and management-level stakeholders for discovery and problem definition, on-going project status and context, and project delivery readouts
- Continuously assess and adjust priorities in response to changing business needs and market conditions
- Regularly assess project risks and mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
- Work independently or lead a team to design and develop solutions
- Provide meaningful feedback and coaching of other team members to successfully overcome project challenges
- Lead Data Governance framework projects assisting clients in the stand-up and implementation of governance initiatives
- Facilitate discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to identify business-driven Use Cases related to improved Data Governance
- Collaborate with clients to develop governance Stewardship Models, Operating Models, Policies, and governance-related roles and responsibilities
- Develop Data Governance roadmaps that address the unique needs of each client
- Provide expert guidance related to Data Governance related tools
- Work with clients to develop and document their Master Data Management needs, business objectives, and requirements
- Lead Profisee MDM implementation projects “end-to-end” in both SaaS and PaaS configurations
- Partner with clients to develop and implement data quality rules, matching rules, data hierarchies, survivorship rules, workflows and user interface
- Develop and implement inbound and outbound data integrations, third-party data integrations
- Provide clients with basic Profisee training related to system usage
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Purview or other data governance related tools
- Microsoft Certifications: DP-600 (Administering Relational Databases on Microsoft Azure) and AI-102 (Designing and Implementing an Azure AI Solution)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or Databricks
- Experience using Azure DevOps
