Data Team Manager

Summary

The job is for a Missouri Data Team Manager at EdOps, a B-Corp focused on improving student outcomes through operational excellence. Requirements

• Experience managing teams, ideally a team of analysts or data professionals in an education setting
• Comfort with the elements of school data management. Extensive expertise is not required, but experience navigating Student Information Systems (SIS), and reading and analyzing data reports are a must

Responsibilities

• Oversee the service delivery of our student data services for a portfolio of schools
• Continuously evaluate and decide whether the product(s) being delivered to the overseen portfolio are meeting clients’ student data needs
• Manage a team of 3-4 staff delivering on the scope of work across the overseen schools
• Develop and maintain relationships with all clients in the overseen portfolio

EdOps salaries are commensurate with relative experience and geographic location. The range for the School Finance Manager position is $79,850-$106,790/year
