Summary
The job involves designing and implementing effective incentive compensation plans, utilizing various analytical tools, leading operational teams, and staying updated with industry trends for a Manager role in Incentive Compensation (IC) & Data Visualization at KMK Consulting, a global data analytics and technology consulting company specializing in Life Sciences industries. The position is remote.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Life Sciences, etc.)
- Minimum of 5.5+ years of experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on SFE and operations
- At least 2 years management experience and hands-on experience in leading client calls
- Strong proficiency in python/SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes
- Experience with sales force automation tools and systems
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective incentive compensation plans for the sales field, forecasting, goal setting
- Utilize Python/ SAS/ SQL and advanced Excel skills to analyze sales data, evaluate performance metrics, and generate insightful reports for sales operations and management
- Lead operational teams to achieve customer satisfaction on deliverable (quality, timeliness, methodology, project management, resource planning, change management and unforeseeable events)
- Lead client calls by leveraging SFE experience, data-driven insights and market intelligence to optimize sales force effectiveness
- Lead the IC plan design and simulation model creation, IC process buildup (including goal rollout, payout calculation, and regular scorecard tracking)
- Mentor members of team, knowledge sharing across team and company. Actively identify NexGen of manager and provide management best practice
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in commercial operations, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in PowerBI for data visualization and reporting
- Experience with call planning and targeting methodologies, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize sales force effectiveness
