Requirements

• Proven experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB in production-grade environments
• Solid understanding of replication, sharding, and clustering techniques
• Experience with high-availability database design and geo-distributed systems
• Hands-on knowledge of PITR strategies and backup/restore tooling
• Familiarity with Linux environments and basic shell scripting
• Strong problem-solving mindset, communication skills, and a collaborative attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
• Knowledge of database observability and performance tooling (e.g., pg_stat_statements, PMM, or similar)
• Security and access control best practices for both SQL and NoSQL databases
