Join Cordial as a Deliverability Consultant and become a subject matter expert, guiding clients to email sending success. You will interpret deliverability data, provide actionable guidance through reports and meetings, and assist in sales and client onboarding. As a growth-stage startup, tackling side projects to enhance processes and client experience will be a significant part of your daily tasks. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a deliverability-related role
- Familiarity with MTA service providers (Mailgun, Sparkpost, SendGrid, Halon, PMTA, etc)
- Expertise in the intricacies of sending to top-level MBPs
- Experience troubleshooting sending to APAC and EMEA regions
- A good understanding of email authentication, SPF, DKIM, DMARC & BIMI
- Experience with onboarding clients including building and executing ramp plans
- Autonomous in day-to-day work, with the ability to identify the next prioritized task
- Ability to interpret high-level data on behalf of non-technical marketers and communicate the idea in an easily digestible format
- High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills are necessary to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals, both internally and externally
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills (diagnosis, options assessment, recommendation and escalation)
- Proficient in G Suite tools (Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, and Slides)
Responsibilities
- Be an advocate for our clients
- Onboard and implement the programs of a wide range of clients
- Work closely with Client Success Managers, Solutions Experts, and Engineering teams to best assist with client needs and meet company goals
- Manage internal stakeholders and external client expectations on projects and timelines
- Develop and share Best Practices with clients and internal teams
- Document and record all ongoing project work
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes that will impact Cordial clients
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using self-hosted MTA such as KUMO, GreenArrow or similar
- Strong presentational skills, both building and delivering
- Commercially minded

- $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 annually. The compensation range may be adjusted based on experience and location
