Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a deliverability-related role
  • Familiarity with MTA service providers (Mailgun, Sparkpost, SendGrid, Halon, PMTA, etc)
  • Expertise in the intricacies of sending to top-level MBPs
  • Experience troubleshooting sending to APAC and EMEA regions
  • A good understanding of email authentication, SPF, DKIM, DMARC & BIMI
  • Experience with onboarding clients including building and executing ramp plans
  • Autonomous in day-to-day work, with the ability to identify the next prioritized task
  • Ability to interpret high-level data on behalf of non-technical marketers and communicate the idea in an easily digestible format
  • High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills are necessary to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals, both internally and externally
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills (diagnosis, options assessment, recommendation and escalation)
  • Proficient in G Suite tools (Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, and Slides)

Responsibilities

  • Be an advocate for our clients
  • Onboard and implement the programs of a wide range of clients
  • Work closely with Client Success Managers, Solutions Experts, and Engineering teams to best assist with client needs and meet company goals
  • Manage internal stakeholders and external client expectations on projects and timelines
  • Develop and share Best Practices with clients and internal teams
  • Document and record all ongoing project work
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes that will impact Cordial clients

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using self-hosted MTA such as KUMO, GreenArrow or similar
  • Strong presentational skills, both building and delivering
  • Commercially minded

  • $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 annually. The compensation range may be adjusted based on experience and location
