Delivery Lead

Summary

Join City Electrical Factors (CEF) as a Delivery Lead (EMEA) and play a pivotal role in transforming regional IT delivery. This newly created role offers the chance to significantly impact various projects and teams. You will focus on ensuring excellent delivery across EMEA initiatives, including platform rollouts, process improvements, and global tool implementations. Collaborate with global and EMEA stakeholders, aligning priorities and providing updates. Champion best-fit delivery methodologies, foster continuous improvement, and contribute to the global delivery community. The role requires a strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and blended approaches, along with experience managing multiple priorities and influencing senior stakeholders. This remote UK-based position requires occasional travel to the Durham office.

Requirements

• You have a strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and blended approaches, and can flex your delivery style to suit the needs of each project and team
• You stay close to the progress of delivery, tracking progress through JIRA, and have the ability to confidently take over in-flight initiatives and provide structure, momentum, and clarity in complex environments
• You are confident managing multiple, often competing priorities, and can influence senior stakeholders while maintaining focus and alignment across domains
• You build trusted, effective relationships across regional and global teams, working smoothly with cross-functional colleagues to deliver shared outcomes
• You actively contribute to improving how we deliver, helping shape our delivery community and ways of working in a growing, evolving practice

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of high-impact infrastructure and platform initiatives by building structured delivery plans, owning progress, and ensuring blockers and risks are actively managed
• Work closely with EMEA and global stakeholders to align priorities, provide transparent updates, and keep everyone informed through regular governance forums
• Champion the consistent use of fit-for-purpose delivery methodologies, foster continuous improvement, and contribute to strengthening our global delivery community and ways of working

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with infrastructure, platform, or SaaS projects will support your understanding of our delivery landscape and priorities
