Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting or professional services, preferably in data analytics or AI implementation
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in data-driven environments
• Experience with Snowflake, DBT, or similar modern data stack technologies
• Strong understanding of analytics engineering and data engineering principles
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders
• Experience building and presenting strategic roadmaps for data initiatives
• Background in managing multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent client projects, ensuring they remain on schedule and within budget
• Serve as the primary client liaison, communicating effectively with both executive and technical stakeholders
• Lead implementation teams comprised of data engineers, analytics engineers, and AI specialists
• Create and maintain project plans, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
• Develop strategic data roadmaps that accommodate future technological advancements
• Facilitate client workshops and discovery sessions to identify business requirements
• Ensure architecture decisions and data implementations are durable and scalable
• Present project progress and deliverables to client stakeholders with visual storytelling excellence
• Coach and mentor team members to enhance delivery capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications a plus
• Experience with AI implementations, particularly in marketing or analytics contexts
• Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices
• Prior consulting experience in mid-market or enterprise environments
• Demonstrated ability to maintain client relationships while driving business outcomes
• History of successful on-time, on-budget project delivery
