Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience, including demand generation, B2B sales, marketing, and lead generation
  • Passion for video games
  • Previous SaaS and SEO experience or exposure is a plus
  • Intermediate knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRMs and analytic tools
  • Some experience/familiarity in the gaming industry is preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the proven ability to interpret data to drive informed sales decisions
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment, bearing high levels of responsibility and accountability while keeping the best interests of the business in sight
  • Ability to evaluate information quickly, identify key issues, and formulate conclusions based on sound, practical judgment, experience, and common sense
  • Ability to build working relationships with employees, managers and the leadership team based on respect and good rapport
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner, protecting the organization’s value
  • Ability to effectively present information to top management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, allowing for open, honest, and consistent communication
  • Ability to read, write, and speak the English language fluently
  • Cognitive skills to include the ability to learn, to process thoughts and apply knowledge, to analyze and reason, and to evaluate and make appropriate decisions to achieve business goals and solve problems
  • Flexibility to adjust work routines, as required, to meet the needs of the company
  • Ability to travel 20% or more

Responsibilities

  • Own the complete life-cycle of AccelByte demand generation campaigns from strategic development to execution and reporting on ROI
  • Generate new, qualified leads and efficiently accelerate the existing pipeline through the sales process
  • Research market trends and distill key findings to internal teams to influence our demand strategy to optimize for quality lead conversion
  • Follow-up on all inbound, MQLs, and event-generated leads
  • Ensure that all opportunities for additional demand growth are identified and that our programs and processes are scalable
  • Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of demand generation programs
  • Make recommendations for further improvement on program performance, ensuring AccelByte is continually evaluating our strategies and content to successfully attract potential customers
  • Collaborate and partner with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute business development strategies and assist in driving customer acquisition, and satisfaction, and to ensure that AccelByte is continuously driving value for our customers
  • Perform any other duties as required
