Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience as a Dental Virtual Administrative Assistant or in a similar role (BPO, CPO, etc.)
• Proficient in dental terminology and understanding of office procedures and dental EMR systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy in managing dental records
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to undergo training and stay up-to-date with industry trends

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
• Handle phone calls, patient inquiries, and registration
• Process dental insurance claims and verify coverage
• Maintain accurate dental records in compliance with privacy regulations
• Assist with billing and financial transactions
• Coordinate referrals and authorizations for specialized dental services
• Provide general administrative support to the dental team as needed
