Responsibilities

• Coordinate with WarrCloud Platform team on login credential requirements
• Work directly with the client to gather necessary credentials
• Work in Insightly CRM
• Be ready to provide listing of outstanding platform stores awaiting working credentials
• Work with the Deployment team on coordinating information for pre-launched dealers and dealer group

Preferred Qualifications

• Atlassian experience
• Jira or other ticket management system experience
• Insightly or other CRM software experience
• Google Suite experience
• Prior experience in the automotive industry
• DMS knowledge and experience
