Summary
Join Worldwide Counter Threat Solutions as their Chief Experience Officer (CXO)! In this role, you will be responsible for creating organization-wide Enterprise Business Architecture documentation aligned with operational plans. You will foster a customer-centric culture, represent the customer's voice, and collaborate with the CTO to provide necessary tools and training for personalized customer experiences. You will also develop customer service policies and strategies, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable customer journey. This position requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience at the CXO level implementing Enterprise Architecture, and specific certifications. Requirements
- Able to meet security and privacy requirements: Tier 1 / National Agency Check with Written Inquiries (NACI)
- Bachelor’s Degree (minimum requirement) Fields of study: Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Enterprise Architecture at the Chief Experience Officer (CXO) level
- Enterprise Architecture certification or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Create a customer-centric culture within the organization and inspire employees to prioritize customer’s needs
- Represent the voice of the customer within the organization. Ensure that the organization delivers on its promise to stakeholders and advocates for their wants and needs
- Work with the Chief Technology Officer to provide the organization with the tools, training, and knowledge necessary to deliver a personalized customer experience
- Create organization-wide Enterprise Business Architecture documentation
- Develop customer service policies, protocols, and best practices
- Use the organization’s resources and capabilities to create programs, products, and services that improve the customer experience
- Design strategies considering customer feedback, and trends to create exceptional experiences that keep customers returning
- Coordinate and align the various components of business operations to create a cohesive customer experience
- Work with different departments and teams to ensure every aspect of the customer journey and their buying process is seamless and enjoyable

- Master’s Degree in: Business Administration (MBA) (with a focus on strategy, IT management, or operations)
- Master’s Degree in: Enterprise Architecture or Digital Transformation
- Master’s Degree in: Information Systems or related fields
