Responsibilities

• Maximize the value customers receive from the product by leveraging the Zip Console to secure businesses
• Work closely with the engineering team to prioritize the highest-value features for customers
• Work closely with customers to ensure their company's sustained security posture, protecting them against threats
• Build the processes, systems, and metrics to scale the customer success operation sustainably

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong technical acumen and ability to use software (familiarity with Datadog is a plus)
• Experience building or designing product and enabling product usage
• Strong external communication skills
• Track record of building and executing new, scalable processes
• Startup experience
• Desire to learn new things
• An interest in security
• Experience (but not too much experience) in security or related disciplines with tools like CrowdStrike, Jamf, Microsoft, and Google Workspace
