Design Manager

Summary

Join airSlate's marketing team as a Design Manager and lead an internal-agency design team supporting multiple SaaS brands. Manage relationships with various stakeholders, ensuring alignment and accountability. Apply UX/UI best practices and collaborate on data-driven design decisions. Build scalable design ops workflows, mentor senior designers, and maintain brand consistency. Support resourcing and prioritization, track KPIs, and stay current on design ops trends. Contribute to the next chapter of the company's growth by leading and mentoring a team of designers.

Requirements

• Experience leading design teams in in-house agencies or multi-brand setups
• Proven ability to balance creative quality with operational efficiency across varied stakeholders
• Strong UX/UI skills, using A/B testing and performance data to guide design decisions
• Comfortable working in organizations with shared or decentralized responsibilities
• Trusted relationship-builder with a track record of aligning cross-functional teams and managing complexity
• Proficient with design and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday, Wrike)
• Experience setting and tracking KPIs tied to business or marketing outcomes
• Inclusive, empathetic leader with strong communication skills across formats
• Advanced English required

Responsibilities

• Lead an internal-agency design team supporting multiple SaaS brands with varied SLAs and creative needs
• Manage relationships with GMs, Brand Managers, and Marketing leads to ensure alignment and accountability
• Apply UX/UI best practices and collaborate on data-driven design decisions, including A/B testing and iteration
• Build scalable design ops workflows across different team structures while balancing speed and quality
• Mentor senior designers in cross-brand execution, stakeholder management, and creative development
• Maintain brand consistency and design quality across web, campaigns, email, UI/UX, and social
• Support resourcing and prioritization aligned with business goals and creative opportunities
• Track KPIs to connect design output with business impact and stakeholder satisfaction
• Stay current on design ops trends and apply insights to improve processes and outcomes
