Learning Design Manager

We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, 5+ years of experience in education or EdTech, excellent communication skills, advanced problem-solving abilities, and expertise in learning design and teaching technology. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Academic Research, Teaching or equivalent field of study
• 5+ years experience working in the field of Education, Teaching, Academic Research or Education-Technology at a global provider
• Highly articulate spoken and written English communications skills with a gift for explaining complex pedagogical ideas succinctly
• Advanced problem-solving, critical thinking, qualitative and quantitative research skills and outstanding attention to detail
• Deep expertise in learning, academia, learning design and teaching and technology
• An ability to analyse both qualitative and quantitative data using Excel, Google Sheets or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Transform written assessments and exams into impactful and engaging learning activities
• Manage the assignment template gallery, continuously building, maintaining and upgrading our learning assets
• Review assessment and exam designs to ensure they meet our learning quality standards
• Analyse assessment and exam data to support short, mid and long-term assessment design work
• Delight our educators and students with fun, creative and inspiring approaches to learning
