Summary

Join ManyPixels as a Project Manager and lead a team of 10+ designers, managing a portfolio of 80+ clients. You will oversee workload management, ensuring timely project completion and designer workload balance. Quality control of deliverables is crucial, requiring final approval before client delivery. People management responsibilities include leave requests, communication, problem-solving, and SOP implementation. Conduct performance reviews and provide training to team members. Manage external client communication, stepping in for complex situations. This is a full-time remote position requiring strong design knowledge, leadership experience, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge in graphic and/or web design
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Leadership/Management role
  • Ability to use tools (G Suite, Adobe Suite, Sketch, Slack, Asana, Notion, etc.)
  • Strong organizational, people, and communication skills
  • Willingness to work in the US Eastern Timezone, 9 AM to 6 PM

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee a team of 10+ designers and a portfolio of 80+ clients
  • Assign tasks to designers with matching skill sets
  • Ensure each task is being worked on, that every designer is not under or overworking, and that we always respect our promised deadlines (24hour delivery)
  • Perform quality checks on all finished tasks
  • Ensure all deliverables match the client's brief, and suggest revisions if necessary
  • Be the final approver for all assigned tasks before they are sent to the client
  • Manage leave requests, internal and external communication, problem resolution, and SOPs implementation
  • Conduct monthly and annual performance reviews for all members of your team
  • Conduct one-on-one/group training with the members of your team regarding onboarding, customer communication, time management, etc
  • Support clients when in need of a project manager for more complex situations
  • Take over communication with clients quite often, via customer support chat, e-mail, or video call
