Summary

Join We Are Rosie, an experiential marketing agency, as a Designer for a 3-month contract with the potential to convert to a full-time position. This is a W2 engagement paying $60/hour for 20-30 hours per week. The role is preferably based in Chicago but can be remote for the right candidate. You will ideate and execute innovative marketing campaign concepts across various media. Collaboration with internal and external teams is crucial, requiring strong design skills and agency experience. A background check is required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or experiential marketing environment
  • CPG, Retail, Marcomm, lifestyle and/or experiential channel experience necessary
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.)
  • Ability to create compelling Powerpoint and google Slides decks
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
  • Ability to create visual concepts that resonate across digital, print, and physical spaces
  • Ability to ideate concepts and creative solutions, and bring to life through visual storytelling

Responsibilities

  • Ideate and execute innovative concepts for marketing campaigns, including digital, print, environmental, and social media assets
  • Contribute in ideation sessions and present ideas confidently to clients and internal teams
  • Maintain brand consistency across design outputs while elevating client expectations
  • Ability to share ideas, design work and approach in confident and compelling presentations
  • Participation in new business pitches and RFP responses will be key
  • Collaborate with production, ensuring designs meet quality standards and deadlines
  • Work collaboratively with creatives, agency teams, and external vendors to bring ideas to life
  • Adapt designs based on feedback while maintaining the integrity of the creative vision
  • Foster a sense of partnership and collaboration within the agency, tackling challenges with resourceful solutions, and keeping the quality of concept and design elevated
  • Share best practices and encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the creative team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Spirits experience a plus
  • Familiarity with motion design, 3D rendering, or AR/VR experiences is a plus
