Summary
We are seeking a Virtual Desk Operator to handle incoming calls and messages, provide excellent customer service, and assist with administrative tasks from home. This is a remote position.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and messages promptly and professionally
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Transfer calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Take detailed messages and relay them to the appropriate person
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Experience with virtual phone systems is a plus
