Summary

Join Nagarro, a global digital product engineering company, and contribute to the development, configuration, and maintenance of BlueYonder/JDA supply chain management solutions. You will design and implement ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter, create and optimize Oracle PL/SQL scripts, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Responsibilities include supporting and enhancing existing applications, troubleshooting and debugging system components, and participating in code reviews and deployments. You will also work with the DBA team to ensure data integrity and assist with license management and compliance. This role requires strong technical skills and experience in supply chain management.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with BlueYonder/JDA applications (Demand Fulfillment, ESP, or IO)
• Strong knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter for ETL processes and data migration
• Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL for writing complex queries, stored procedures, triggers, and performance tuning
• Experience with integrating BlueYonder/JDA with other ERP and supply chain systems
• Strong understanding of supply chain concepts and best practices
• Experience in system analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging of application and database issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working in a cross-functional team environment

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain BlueYonder/JDA solutions for supply chain management
• Design and implement ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter for data integration and transformation
• Create and optimize Oracle PL/SQL scripts, procedures, and packages to support business requirements
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
• Support and enhance existing BlueYonder/JDA applications, ensuring system reliability and performance
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of BlueYonder/JDA, Informatica, and Oracle components
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes following best practices
• Work closely with the DBA team to ensure data integrity and optimize database performance
• Assist with BlueYonder/JDA license management, user audits, and compliance (as needed)
