While not currently hiring, they are accepting applications for a future full-time development position in Spain. Applicants should have one year of professional experience, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and hands-on experience with specific programming languages. Requirements

  • One year of experience in a professional environment, after completing an internship if possible
  • Be permanently located in Spain and be able to work legally there. We cannot sponsor work permit visas at the moment
  • Bachelor’s degree or academic certification in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a similar field
  • Hands-on development experience with at least one of the following programming languages: TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, or Ruby on Rails
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Ownership, strong analytical and communication skills, and a drive to exceed expectations
  • Experience using Agile Methodologies and CI/CD techniques such as TDD

Responsibilities

  • Refine your technical expertise with our ongoing tech training program, which covers many technologies, tools, and processes, such as Haskell, TypeScript, Python, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and more!
  • Learn or reinforce your knowledge about the value-add of using functional and type-safe languages, our specialty
  • Sharpen your soft skills through training, book clubs, conferences, direct client interaction, and other fun team-building events!
  • Collaborate with dynamic international teams, employing a clean and pragmatic approach to define project roadmaps, select technologies, and seamlessly integrate them
  • Carry out code reviews, pinpointing and applying the best software practices
  • Offer guidance to our clients, implement technical solutions, and introduce new technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Contribute to internal and external community initiatives to boost our brand awareness in Spain
  • Help onboard and mentor new developers if you enjoy supporting others to achieve technical excellence
