Summary

The job is for a Cloud Developer focused on DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure within the ShareGate Operations team. The role involves working with Azure, .NET, Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, C#, .NET, React, MongoDB, MS SQL Server, and contributing to various initiatives. The team consists of 4 full-stack developers.

Requirements

• Proficient with cloud infrastructure technologies (Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm)
• Proficient with troubleshooting and debugging issues within complex cloud clusters and environments
• Competent in coding (.NET, C#) and scripting (PowerShell)
• Strong understanding of the DevOps culture (people, tools, and process)
• Knowledgeable on release management best practices
• Familiar with security compliance frameworks such as SOC2
• Competent at communicating effectively

Responsibilities

• Work on challenges in a Azure and .NET tech stack for both SaaS and Desktop products
• Build infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) to set the centralized foundation for all software teams working in ShareGate
• Contribute to grow a service catalog available to ShareGate teams that enables them to provision the necessary infrastructure components while ensuring compliance with security and reliability standards
• Act as the Cloud Operations expert for the team and a DevOps / release management reference for ShareGate stream-aligned teams
• Solve problems by designing infrastructure and tools with an 'as-code' mindset
• Contribute to various initiatives depending on the most relevant priority for ShareGate
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of tools (such as an Admin console) to allow other teams to manage the Production environment in a secure and reliable manner
• Participate in the different agile events, prioritizing work, setting incremental objectives, and resolving service requests and incidents
