Developer II, Fullstack

Summary

Join Fullscript, a leader in proactive whole-person care, as a Developer II, Fullstack! You will design, develop, and maintain internal tools and solutions, contribute to integrations and APIs, build scalable backend applications, and participate in code reviews. This role requires experience with Ruby or Ruby on Rails, Javascript frameworks, and CSS frameworks. Requirements

• Experience with Ruby or Ruby on Rails
• Experience working with Javascript or JS frameworks (React, Vue, AngularJS, Next or similar)
• Understanding of CSS frameworks like Bootstrap, as well as CSS preprocessors
• You write tests and understand their value
• You have a desire to learn and being open to feedback
• Understanding of design patterns and clean code

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain internal tools and solutions that enhance efficiency and streamline operations across Fullscript's teams
• Contribute towards designing, developing, and maintaining integrations and APIs to facilitate efficient and secure data transfer between systems
• Build scalable backend applications to support the growing needs of the business
• Review pull requests, and be an advocate for high-quality code that makes future development faster, easier and better
• Take full ownership and responsibility for building, shipping, testing, deploying and maintaining features
• Contribute towards scoping and project planning, working with stakeholders and other developers to implement them
• Give input on high-level architecture decisions and communicate those decisions
• Other duties determined by the company from time to time
