Join the Developer Platforms team at Zoox to build an Observability Platform that ensures performance and reliability of mission-critical services. As an engineer, you will design and develop SDKs, build infrastructure, and create UI tools to provide deep correlation and understanding of how services operate at scale.

Requirements

• Passionate about data and its role in driving insights and improving system performance
• Comfortable provisioning and operating infrastructure, ideally using tools like Terraform and Helm
• Proficient in at least one of the following programming languages: C++, Kotlin, Python, or TypeScript

Responsibilities

• Design and develop SDKs to emit telemetry signals such as logs, metrics, traces, and events across various runtime environments
• Build and maintain infrastructure to ship, store, and process terabytes of telemetry data
• Create intuitive UI tools that generate automated insights from telemetry data, providing engineers with actionable information to improve system performance and reliability
