Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience in technical writing, preferably in blockchain (but not a requirement), with a strong portfolio showcasing documentation and tutorials
  • Experience in developer relations, community management, or advocacy roles is a plus
  • Demonstrable experience using Twitter, Telegram, and Discord to foster community engagement
  • Solid understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and related concepts
  • Excellent communication skills across various formats for building and maintaining community relationships
  • Excellent ability to explain complex concepts in a digestible format
  • Technical background with some experience writing code and building web/mobile applications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Communications or relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Generate technical content in the form of blogs, documentation, and social media
  • Be an active member of the developer community to understand developer needs
  • Create code samples, demos, and sample applications to showcase the capabilities of our platform and assist developers in their integration efforts
  • Serve as a public voice and leader with an ability to align all messaging and activities with the broader goals of the group
  • Actively engage with our audience through Twitter, Telegram, Discord, etc.. and identify other opportunities to reach more developers in the web development community
  • Develop comprehensive strategies that foster engagement across digital touchpoints
  • Continuously update and improve existing documentation based on user feedback, platform updates, and industry best practices
  • Collect user feedback from the community and build upon new product solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Rust or Go coding language
