Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Software Engineering, or related role, ideally in the crypto and blockchain ecosystem
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with specific strength in elegantly communicating technically complicated topics
• Ownership mentality; you are the sole owner of your vision and initiatives and will do what is required to ensure success
• Strong hands-on development experience. You have no problem rolling up your sleeves and building a demo if that’s what’s needed
• Highly organized, with an ability to juggle multiple projects at any given time without sacrificing quality/nuance
• Ability to travel up to 30%+ of time across multiple countries

Responsibilities

• Oversee developer advocacy efforts to drive engagement so that all developers can learn and build with Circle products and services
• Create content, lead workshops, and speak at meetups to inspire builders both curious and native in the Web3 space
• Support developers to ensure a streamlined platform experience and provide valuable insights to internal teams for ongoing enhancements
• Represent Circle at industry events, fostering relationships, and increasing visibility in the developer ecosystem

Benefits

• Base Pay Range: $145,000 - $192,500
• Annual Bonus Target: 15%
