Requirements
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration at all levels
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.) and willingness to learn new software and tools
- Independent and team-oriented, demonstrating a proactive and positive approach to work
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative and resourceful mindset
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other FEE departments to compile data and information for use in development deliverables, including communications projects, proposals, and reports
- Track programming teamsβ progress against donor obligations and provide updates to the Development team
- Research, prepare, and present prospective donor profiles to donor relations staff
- Ensure data integrity in Salesforce and assist with cleanup efforts
- Assist with digital file management and organization
Preferred Qualifications
Economics, Business, Nonprofit Management or related majors desired, but not required
