Development Intern

Summary

Join the Koch Internship Program (KIP), a paid 10-week program offering valuable experience at non-profits nationwide. The program includes virtual professional development sessions and a stipend of $5,500 (full-time) or $3,300 (part-time). This internship with the Foundation for Economic Education (FEE) focuses on development, supporting fundraising efforts. The role can be in-person (Atlanta, GA) or remote. Requirements

• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration at all levels
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.) and willingness to learn new software and tools
• Independent and team-oriented, demonstrating a proactive and positive approach to work
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative and resourceful mindset

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other FEE departments to compile data and information for use in development deliverables, including communications projects, proposals, and reports
• Track programming teams’ progress against donor obligations and provide updates to the Development team
• Research, prepare, and present prospective donor profiles to donor relations staff
• Ensure data integrity in Salesforce and assist with cleanup efforts
• Assist with digital file management and organization

Preferred Qualifications

Economics, Business, Nonprofit Management or related majors desired, but not required
