DevOps Engineer

Summary

Join our team as an AWS DevOps Engineer and leverage your expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, and modern DevOps practices. This long-term, 100% remote contract position offers W2 or 1099 options. You will design, implement, and manage scalable AWS infrastructure, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred), and utilize Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK preferred). Experience with Docker, Linux administration, and Python scripting for automation is essential. Collaboration with development, architecture, and QA teams is key to streamlining deployment processes and enhancing system reliability. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on AWS DevOps experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AWS DevOps roles
• Strong expertise in Docker and Linux administration
• Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines; GitHub Actions preferred
• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code; CDK preferred
• Ability to write clear, functional Python scripts for infrastructure automation
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and security best practices

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable AWS infrastructure
