DevOps Engineer

Summary

Join Enclave Markets, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, as a DevOps Engineer to administer and support our critical cloud environments. You will manage and optimize EKS infrastructure, coordinate deployments, improve CI/CD pipelines, automate tasks, and monitor infrastructure performance. Responsibilities include end-to-end vulnerability management, access control management, and supporting SOC 2 and ISO 27001 programs. Collaboration with engineering teams to address security weaknesses is crucial. We offer flexible working arrangements, with remote work options available. The salary range is $120,000 to $160,000.

Requirements

• 2–10 years of relevant experience in DevOps, cloud operations, or infrastructure security
• Familiarity with at least one major cloud provider (Azure and/or AWS preferred)
• Experience with Kubernetes/EKS, automation tools, and basic scripting (e.g., Github Actions, Bash, Python)
• Exposure to monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, New Relic)
• Understanding of secure software development and application security concepts
• Comfort collaborating with developers and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Administer and support our small but critical cloud environments in Azure and AWS
• Manage and optimize EKS infrastructure for high-security deployments
• Coordinate deployments, improve CI/CD pipelines, and automate routine tasks
• Monitor infrastructure performance and implement optimizations, including cost management
• Own end-to-end vulnerability management: monitor Snyk and GitHub Dependabot alerts, coordinate assessments, and work with Engineering to propose remediations
• Manage access controls: oversee onboarding/offboarding processes and conduct periodic access reviews
• Support SOC 2 and ISO 27001 programs: maintain documentation, implement controls, and update policies
• Collaborate with Engineering to identify and address architectural security weaknesses
• Analyze source code for common vulnerabilities and recommend improvements
