DevOps Engineer

Requirements

• Proven experience in DevOps engineering or related roles
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, or similar)
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Adaptability to evolving technologies and challenges

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless software delivery
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment using IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to enhance deployment workflows and scalability
• Implement and maintain robust security practices across infrastructure and deployment processes
• Manage cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to support application development and deployment
• Ensure logging, monitoring, and alerting are in place using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog
• Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks in system architecture and processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in DevOps, cloud platforms (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Expert)
• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
• Knowledge of networking and security best practices
