The job is for a Reporting / Data Analyst Manager in the central HR Product Reporting team of Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Slovakia. The role involves analyzing business requirements, developing technical IT development concepts, project management, reporting and analysis, KPI management, workshop facilitation, communication, and data management.

Requirements

Hold a Bachelor's degree. in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Bring at least 5 years of experience. in a similar role, ideally within an international setting
Excel in Technical Skills
Communicate fluently. in both German and English

Responsibilities

Analyze Business Requirements in central Deutsche Telekom HR
Collaborate with various departments to identify and document requirements for recruiting, talent management, and skill development
Develop Technical IT Development Concepts
Project Management using agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
Reporting and Analysis using MS Power BI and Excel
KPI Management
Workshop Facilitation
Communication in German and English
Data Management
