Summary

Join Intelerad as a DevOps Engineer and remotely deploy our complex applications, minimizing risk and client impact. Collaborate with the team to analyze change requests and implement optimal solutions. Analyze technical procedures to improve efficiency and reliability, focusing on security and compliance. You will install and configure software, handle server issues, provide support, update documentation, and develop automation scripts. This role requires on-call availability and occasional weekend/holiday work.

Requirements

  • Undergrad degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent
  • Linux System administration and certifications
  • 3+ years of system administration experience
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task in maturing business environments
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to taking ownership and delivering impactful results
  • Exceptional teamwork abilities, including the capacity to cultivate and sustain both internal and external relationships
  • Views challenges as opportunities for growth and sees each day as a chance for continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell, Python, and other common languages
  • Familiarity with NoSQL and SQL databases
  • Experience with version tracking tools (e.g., Mercurial, Git, RCS)
  • Understanding of networking and storage principles
  • Proficiency in software development

Responsibilities

  • Remotely install and configure Intelerad's software solutions on Linux servers
  • Handle complex server additions, software upgrades, configuration changes, and disaster recoveries
  • Provide third-level support for complex change management
  • Create, update, and enhance documentation
  • Identify, assess, and implement process and technology improvements to enhance product delivery
  • Develop scripts and automation to enhance system administration efficiency
  • Participate in on-call rotation to address emergencies
  • Be available to work on weekends, after hours, and holidays when necessary

Preferred Qualifications

Technical knowledge and understanding of the medical imaging field
