Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Strong scripting skills (Python or Ruby or Bash) to create automation tools and improve efficiency
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (Jenkins or CircleCI), enabling faster and more reliable software delivery

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all deployments are implemented successfully
  • Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure using Docker and Kubernetes to ensure our applications run smoothly and efficiently
  • Automate the deployment and scaling of applications and services on Cloud (mainly Azure), driving efficiency and performance in our operations
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure efficient and secure deployment of applications, fostering a seamless development process and robust security practices
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, including performance and security incidents, ensuring systems remain reliable and secure
  • Work with the development team to enhance the CI/CD pipelines and promote a culture of continuous integration and delivery, making development process faster and more reliable
  • Develop and maintain automation and orchestration scripts and tools to streamline operations and reduce manual workload

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of HELM
  • Certifications from Azure/AWS or CNCF
