DevOps Engineer

Summary

Join Neo4j's Cloud Operations Team as a DevOps Engineer and play a critical role in automating and optimizing software development and deployment processes. You will implement infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines, collaborate with various teams, and build tools to manage cloud resources on AWS, Azure, and GCP. Requirements

• Must have 3+ work experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) in public cloud environments: AWS / Azure / GCP
• Must have work experience (3+ years) developing IaC (with Terraform)
• Must have 3+ work experience in Ansible development and deployment
• Must have 3+ years enterprise experience with a mix of Linux VMs and Kubernetes systems
• Must have Linux command level fluency and shell scripting experience

Responsibilities

• Automate operations processes as a member of the Cloud Operations Team
• Implement infrastructure provisioning & software deployment automation using Terraform and Ansible
• Develop scripts and tools to automate repetitive tasks
• Build and maintain CI / CD pipelines to streamline code deployment
• Document infrastructure, processes and procedures to ensure knowledge capture
• Build tools to manage cloud resources on public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Install Neo4j Cloud Operations kits for new clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification with Red Hat or another Linux variant will be a plus
• Experience with Kubernetes will be a plus
• Experience with continuous integration platforms (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.) will be a plus
