DevOps Engineer

We're seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to handle SOP-based ticket resolution for cloud infrastructure upgrades, maintenance, identity management, network maintenance, and system administration tasks. The ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years of experience and proficiency in Azure DevOps, PowerShell, Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux Shell Scripting. Experience with Linux/Ubuntu and/or Windows system administration, PowerShell and/or Bash scripting, and AWS and/or Azure cloud experience is required. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse team across 33 countries.

• AWS and/or Azure cloud experience (IAM, Networking, Compute)

Responsibilities

• SOP-based ticket handling for Cloud infrastructure upgrades and maintenance
• SOP-based ticket handling for Cloud identity change management (compliance-related)
• SOP-based ticket handling for Cloud network maintenance
• SOP-based ticket handling for Cloud system administration tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with managed Kubernetes services (AKS, EKS)
• Technical writing/process documentation
• Security patching/CVE remediation experience
