Requirements

  • Have 3-5 years of experience in DevOps or a related field with a solid foundation in automation and deployment practices
  • Be proficient in containerization using Docker and familiar with orchestration tools
  • Have experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for web and mobile applications
  • Understand monitoring and observability tools, with an interest in tools that capture DORA metrics
  • Have expertise in managing cloud infrastructure, observability, and other dev tools using Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code methodologies
  • Have experience leading technical projects with minimal supervision
  • Possess a strong ability to diagnose and resolve operational issues, with a focus on automation and system reliability
  • Have effective teamwork skills, with the willingness to work closely with developers, QA, and product teams to balance competing priorities
  • Have an eagerness to learn new tools and technologies to improve efficiency in a rapidly evolving DevOps landscape
  • Demonstrate the ability to independently identify and implement process improvements

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, implementation, and upkeep of robust CI/CD pipelines that support web and mobile app development
  • Build and maintain Docker containers and support orchestration efforts to streamline development and deployment processes
  • Contribute to the implementation and management of monitoring tools and observability practices, including tracking DORA metrics to improve system performance and reliability
  • Work closely with development teams to understand deployment needs and integrate automation into the development lifecycle
  • Troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and recommend process improvements to enhance DevOps infrastructure
  • Participate in knowledge sharing, adopt best practices, and stay updated with emerging technologies in the DevOps space
