You will leverage your expertise in Azure infrastructure, IAM, and CI/CD to build and maintain solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience in Azure, along with strong product knowledge and hands-on experience with various tools. Requirements

  • Must be able to pass a Public Trust Clearance
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, or commensurate work experience and certifications
  • 5+ years engineering and implementing solutions on Microsoft Azure
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, Automation and DevOps, and Containerization
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Azure, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Experience with performance analysis, troubleshooting, and remediation
  • Experience with High Availability and Disaster Recovery principles, patterns, and usage
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a project team

Responsibilities

  • Understand business goals and drivers and translate those into an appropriate technical solution
  • Engineer and deliver solutions in Microsoft Azure using industry standards and best practices
  • Define and design the templates for monitoring and alerting for cloud workloads
  • Design, create, and maintain code libraries and modules that other teams can immediately utilize for building infrastructure in their environments
  • Define and design blue-green deployment templates
  • Define and design IAM automation workflow with approvals for Service Principles for Azure
  • Design and create IAM infrastructure in support of machine-to-machine authentication and authorization (ex. Mutual TLS, API key tokens, client grant flow) and storage of secrets and keys
  • Contribute to the conceptual, logical, and physical design for cloud-based solutions
  • Learn and adopt new tools and techniques to increase performance, automation, and scalability
  • Collaborate as part of larger delivery teams which may include product managers, architects, developers, and user research and design practitioners

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications at a Fundamentals level or greater from Microsoft
