DevOps Engineer

Summary

Join Springbig as a remote DevOps Engineer to help build functional systems that improve customer experience. Your responsibilities include implementing integrations requested by customers, deploying updates and fixes, building tools to reduce errors, developing software for internal back-end systems, performing root cause analysis for production errors, investigating and resolving technical issues, and developing scripts to automate visualization.

Requirements

• Work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role
• Experience with AWS
• Good knowledge of Ruby or Python
• Working knowledge of databases and SQL

Responsibilities

• Implement integrations requested by customers
• Deploy updates and fixes
• Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
• Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
• Perform root cause analysis for production errors
• Investigate and resolve technical issues
• Develop scripts to automate visualization
• Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
