Requirements
- Possess several years of professional experience in development or operations and have in-depth knowledge in automating infrastructure and CI/CD processes
- Demonstrate confident handling of cloud platforms, preferably Azure, optionally AWS or GCP
- Possess good German (B2 or higher) and English (B2 or higher) language skills for effective team communication
- Have knowledge of container technologies such as Kubernetes and Kubernetes operators for efficient management of modern applications
- Possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with developers and the cloud team to foster a shared understanding of technologies
- Show willingness for continuous professional development and exploration of new technologies to enhance the efficiency and quality of processes
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient software development and deployment
- Promote the integration of development and operations teams in close collaboration with developers and the Platform Team
- Serve as the link between the development and cloud teams and support cloud migration
- Automate infrastructure and application deployments using tools like Terraform and Helm
- Monitor system performance and utilize monitoring solutions to ensure the availability and stability of applications, employing modern technologies such as the Grafana Suite
- Conduct analyses and resolve problems related to deployment, infrastructure, and application operation in case of errors
- Support the introduction of new technologies and improve existing processes and systems
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AWS or GCP cloud platforms
