Responsibilities

• Guide our team in the evolution from traditional DevOps to a platform-centric approach
• Design and implement a robust, self-service platform that empowers developers to accelerate delivery
• Work closely with development, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure seamless integration
• Promote best practices, automation, and continuous improvement across all aspects of the platform
• Provide clear direction, leadership, and mentorship. Proactively address any issues within the team, promoting a positive and respectful work environment supporting high performance and creativity
