Join Dane Street, a national provider of Group Health Review services, as an independent contractor physician to provide medical necessity reviews. This telework opportunity offers a flexible schedule and supplemental income. As a 1099 independent contractor, you will review cases, averaging 10-15 minutes per case, and receive compensation on a per-case basis. You will need an active, unrestricted Texas medical license, to be board certified, and to have an active practice. Dane Street provides training, a user-friendly work portal, and ongoing support. No patient care is involved; this is an advisory-only role.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Review medical necessity of treatment requests and appeals for denied services
• Address medical necessity of treatment requests and appeals for previously denied services
• Complete several cases within an hour
• Maintain your active practice while completing reviews
