Requirements
- University Degree/Diploma in Marketing or related field
- 3-5 years of SEM and SEO experience with a track record of user acquisition, campaign management, and increasing organic traffic
- Expertise in paid search platforms (Google Ads, Apple, Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Strong understanding of iOS/Android ecosystems
- Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush) and web analytics
- Knowledge of web development language (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JSON, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of technical SEO, trends, and optimization techniques
- Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adept at thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about digital advertising and staying ahead of industry trends
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, execute, and optimize user acquisition strategies, including SEM on Play/App Stores, App Store Optimization, and social media platforms, to acquire audiences in key markets supporting our global acquisition efforts
- Determine the best digital channels (e.g., SEM, social media, email marketing, programmatic) to achieve campaign objectives and business goals
- Effectively manage budgets, allocating and optimizing according to the best media mix and to maximize ROI
- In conjunction with the team, implement, optimize and execute successful digital marketing campaigns aligned with goals such as brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention for our B2C and B2B divisions
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the effective deployment of and performance tracking of digital and creative across various platforms and ad networks including any landing page set up and troubleshooting
- Oversee relationships with lead-gen vendors, agencies, and other vendor partners
- Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results and uncover insights
- Utilize digital analytics tools to gain insights into user behavior, campaign performance and customer journey
- Experiment with new platforms and channels and analyze target demographics aligned with our brand positioning and marketing strategy
- Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, and targeting to refine strategies and increase conversion rates
- Provide reporting and strategic insights to senior leadership, product, and marketing teams SEM performance
- Provide strategy, support and analysis of our email marketing efforts to incorporate strategies into broad campaigns to optimize outreach and management efforts
- Stay informed of platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends to apply best practices
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to Increase organic visibility, keyword rankings, and traffic for our digital platforms for B2C and B2B divisions
- Identify content opportunities and optimize website content, metadata, & internal linking
- Be the go-to for SEO and collaborate with product teams and developers to address technical SEO issues and provide recommendations
- Execute technical SEO including optimizing website content, metadata, internal linking, and structure to improve crawlability and propose web improvements and core vitals with knowledge of web development language (HTML, Javascript, CSS and JSON)
- Work with product and content teams to ensure all website content is SEO-friendly, follows best practices, and aligns with targeted keywords
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other platforms. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve results
- Continuously conduct keyword research to identify opportunities to improve crawlability and overall search rankings
- Conduct regular SEO audits to ensure best practices are followed, identify growth opportunities, and analyze competitors to uncover SEO advantages
- Analyze and report on SEO metrics (ROI and KPIs) to assess effectiveness and suggest improvements
