Digital Asset Manager

Join Klick Health as a Freelance Digital Asset Manager and contribute to the global management of digital assets. This remote, part-time role offers flexibility and a 3-month initial contract with potential extension. You will be responsible for optimizing workflows, metadata, and asset retrieval within the DAM system. Collaboration with various teams is crucial, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills. Requirements

• Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats is required
• Possess advanced organization, strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Have excellent written and oral communication skills
• Be knowledgeable of a variety of digital media asset types (images, photography, video, audio and design files), comfortable with GSuite, and eager to adopt Klick’s proprietary intranet
• Demonstrate strong initiative – be a self-starter
• Have the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve – be a solution provider
• Have the ability to manage, grow, and maintain relationships with internal & external customers and suppliers
• Be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Have a Bachelor’s degree
• Have a basic understanding of licensing and usage terms
• Have a minimum of 3 years of Digital Asset Management experience

Responsibilities

• Act as in-house advocate and expert in Digital Asset Management for Klick globally
• Provide training and support for all DAM stakeholders and users in efficient and accurate use of internal DAM systems
• Optimize meta-tagging and archival workflow processes
• Create processes and procedures for all employees to follow pertaining to content management, file management and usage tracking
• Establish and maintain user access permissions to assets and licensing documentation
• Ensure comprehensive client asset libraries are uploaded including logos, creative assets, licensing documents, and any pertinent final versions of completed work
• Understand font management and licensing, while educating internal teams on font licensing needs to satisfy client projects
• Recommend and adapt to changes and improvements across the organization and client group needs as required
• Ensure up-to-date and accurate recording of usage rights for all assets
• Hand off client projects, working files, and supporting licensing documentation by uploading to client’s DAM for market localization
• Provide consultation and subject matter expert services for interested departments and clients
• Create and maintain process documents, guides, and standards of practice documentation for all of the above
• Maintain consistent communication with non-Production teams such as Client Services, Project Management, and Medical Editors

Preferred Qualifications

• Agency experience is preferred
• Pharma background is an asset
• Knowledge and usage of Veeva Vault PromoMats is an asset
