Summary

Ragan Communications is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Digital Coordinator to manage their Asana project management platform, perform website updates, and provide support for virtual conferences. The role requires proven experience with Asana, basic understanding of website content management systems, hands-on experience with Zoom, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Asana project management tool
  • Basic understanding of website content management systems (CMS) and HTML/CSS
  • Hands-on experience with Zoom, including setting up and managing virtual meetings and events
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and upkeep the Asana project management system
  • Ensure precise project tracking, timely completion of deadlines, and team accountability
  • Create new projects to coincide with the launch of new events and conferences
  • Provide training and support to team members on Asana best practices
  • Perform routine website updates, including content changes and image updates
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to guarantee websites are up-to-date and aligned with current campaigns
  • Monitor website performance and report any issues to the technical team
  • Provide backup assistance for the virtual conference producer
  • Assist with the setup, management, and troubleshooting of virtual events, specifically using Zoom
  • Ensure smooth operation of all virtual meetings and conferences in the primary producer’s absence
  • Assist the Creative Director by obtaining quotes from printers and vendors in preparation for events
  • Coordinate with printers to ensure materials are delivered on time and meet quality standards
  • Support the creation and formatting of PowerPoint presentations, ensuring they are visually appealing and aligned with branding guidelines
  • Help in the creation and management of Google Ads, including drafting ad copy, selecting keywords, and monitoring performance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • Experience in digital marketing or a related field
  • Familiarity with WordPress, including content updates and basic customization
