Summary
Join Unite Us as a Digital Customer Success Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting customers, analyzing data, and implementing digital strategies to improve customer and community satisfaction. This 8-week summer internship (June 9, 2025 - August 4, 2025) will have you supporting customers, building scalable processes, and analyzing data to inform strategic decisions. The ideal candidate possesses intermediate to advanced Excel skills, a passion for emerging technologies, and strong analytical and communication skills. - Have intermediate to advanced Excel exp

Responsibilities
- Support our rapidly growing CBO base of customers to ensure they adequately adopt the platform
- Help build processes that scale - coming up with new ideas & expressing them, truly believing the ideas you come up with can improve the department
- Analyze data to help the team make strategic decisions & optimizations to our current processes. - including identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling & and retention tactics to grow and nurture a portfolio of Customers, Sponsored Customers & Community-based Organizations
