Summary
Join cogify group, a Swiss technology company, as a Digital Designer to support visual communication across the company and selected B2B clients. You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to create impactful visuals for sales, marketing, and web. Responsibilities include designing marketing materials, social media content, and web visuals. The role requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva Pro, and presentation tools. The position is fully remote with a structured 150-hour/month freelance contract, offering a balanced workload and competitive compensation. Requirements
- Strong portfolio of B2B or tech-focused digital design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Canva Pro
- Experience with presentation tools (PowerPoint)
- Ability to create simple animations and video edits for social media
- Strong sense of layout, typography, and brand consistency
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work remotely as a freelancer, with monthly contract up to 150-hour
Responsibilities
- Design modern visuals for: Pitch decks, brochures, and one-pagers
- Social media content, digital ads, email graphics
- Web visuals (banners, icons, product illustrations)
- Internal branding assets and templates
- Create materials for conferences, events, and campaigns (e.g., roll-ups, handouts, booth graphics)
- Collaborate with the copywriter to ensure visuals and messaging are cohesive
- Produce short-form videos or animations (e.g., promos, testimonials, reels)
- Maintain and evolve our visual brand identity across all materials
- Support internal teams with branded templates, pitch decks, or marketing assets
- Occasionally work on design requests for our B2B clients
Preferred Qualifications
- Motion design or animation skills
- Experience in SaaS, ERP, or consulting environments
- Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, or other publishing tools
- Basic knowledge of responsive and conversion-driven design
