Summary

The job is for a Digital Growth Associate at Insider, a fast-growing B2B SaaS company that offers innovative products and flexible commercials. The role requires 3+ years of Inside Sales experience in solution-based, technology-related environments, a Bachelor's Degree, excellent communication skills, multi-tasking abilities, strong phone presence, creativity, flexibility, problem identification and objection resolution skills, and preferably digital marketing experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Inside Sales experience in solution-based, technology-related environments
• Have a Bachelor's Degree in related fields
• Have the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Have strong phone presence and experience in dialing dozens of calls per day
• Are creative about researching markets, identifying key players and generating lead
• Have the ability to be flexible and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment
• Have strong problem identification and objection resolution skills

Responsibilities

• Sources new sales opportunities through inbound lead
• Follows-up with prospects through outbound cold calls and emails
• Understands customer needs and requirements
• Researches accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Maintains and expands database of prospects within their assigned duty

Preferred Qualifications

• Have a good exposure to the e-commerce society which will also be an advantage
• Preferably have digital marketing related experience in a customer oriented position
