Requirements

  • Looking for candidates that are interested in converting to FTE after about 6 months
  • Experience with A/B testing tools such as VWO, Optimizely, LaunchDarkly, etc
  • Experience with Product Analysis tools such as FullStory, Amplitude, etc
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or technical field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in ecommerce product management or a related role, with a track record of delivering successful product initiatives
  • The ability to combine user-centered qualitative research and deep quantitative analysis
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce best practices, including conversion optimization, user experience, and merchandising
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience working in an agile development environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the ecommerce product strategy and roadmap in alignment with overall company objectives
  • Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer feedback, data analysis, and market trends
  • Drive product development and delivery in an agile environment, working closely with cross-functional teams
  • Establish and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for the ecommerce platform and ensure product initiatives are driving business outcomes
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute ecommerce promotions and campaigns
  • Identify and evaluate new ecommerce opportunities, technologies, and partnerships to drive continuous improvement and innovation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners
